Lincs Weddings is not a booking agency, employment agency, recommendation service, accreditation scheme or regulatory body.
Inclusion within the Lincs Weddings website, directory, blog, social media channels or any other marketing material does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, guarantee, approval or verification of a business, its services or its suitability.
Couples and website visitors are responsible for making their own enquiries and carrying out their own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a supplier.
SECTION 2 – WEBSITE USE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the website in any way which may damage, disable or impair the operation or security of the website or interfere with another person’s use of it.

SECTION 7 – DIRECTORY LISTINGS
Lincs Weddings provides advertising and promotional opportunities through its online directory and associated marketing channels.
All listings are subject to approval.

Subject to the above, Lincs Weddings shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or reputational damage arising from the use of the website or membership services.
Lincs Weddings acts solely as an advertising and promotional platform and is not responsible for agreements, disputes, cancellations, payments or services provided between Members and couples.

SECTION 23 – OUR APPROACH
Lincs Weddings has been built on professionalism, trust and a genuine passion for supporting the Lincolnshire wedding industry.
Our aim is to provide an advertising and promotional platform that inspires couples whilst showcasing businesses that reflect the values and standards of the Lincs Weddings brand.
We believe in treating everyone with honesty, fairness, kindness and respect, and we expect the same from the businesses we work with.
Whilst we welcome applications from a wide range of wedding professionals, membership is not an automatic right. We carefully consider each application to ensure it is the right fit for both our community and the experience we aim to provide for couples.
Lincs Weddings reserves the right to decline, suspend or terminate membership where we reasonably believe that a business, its conduct, its communications or its activities no longer align with the values, standards or reputation of Lincs Weddings.
This may include circumstances where there has been a significant change to the ownership, management, operation or nature of a business, or where continued membership could reasonably be expected to damage the reputation of Lincs Weddings or the confidence of couples using our platform.
We appreciate every business that chooses to be part of Lincs Weddings and remain committed to supporting our Members through professional advertising, promotion and collaboration. In return, we ask that our Members help us maintain the welcoming, supportive and trustworthy community that Lincs Weddings has worked hard to build.
MEMBERSHIP IS ENTERED INTO IN GOOD FAITH
Membership with Lincs Weddings is entered into in good faith, based upon the information provided by the Member at the time of application and throughout the membership period.
Members agree to notify Lincs Weddings promptly of any significant changes that may affect their business, reputation or the accuracy of information published by Lincs Weddings.
Failure to disclose information which Lincs Weddings reasonably considers relevant to a Member’s continued inclusion within the directory may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
